Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! Most of our products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include shipping and handling charges.
Event registrations are non-refundable. To begin the return process, please email us to request a Return Authorization number
(RA#). Please include the following information in your message:
Your e-mail address
Type “Return Request” in subject line
Your order number
The reason for the return (example: “defective”, “incorrect size” etc.)
You will receive a return authorization number (RA#), via e-mail, within 5 business days of your request.
